We also know that you get what you pay for in this business. We work hard for our customers and truly want you to be happy with your purchase.
We also know that you may intend to purchase a vehicle you have yet to see from someone you have yet to meet. It’s for that reason we strive to provide many high-quality photos of every vehicle in our inventory, and to provide a complete and accurate description about each and every of our vehicles. Buying a vehicle from a distance requires a leap of faith, so we truly appreciate the confidence and the trust you have in us.
If you are buying a used vehicle, please know that there may be normal wear and tear associated with and appropriate to the vehicle's age. These issues may include, but not limited to: scratches, rock chips, wheel scuffs, dings, wear and tear on interior surfaces including leather seats and steering wheel covers, carpet, door handles, etc. That said, we make every effort to recondition our vehicles to the highest possible standard. However, it simply is not cost effective to recondition every used vehicle to like-new condition. We will make every effort to disclose any issues prior to your purchase. Should you have specific concerns regarding the condition of one of our vehicles, we’ll be happy to perform a walk-around of the vehicle with you over the phone.
Deposits
We require a deposit of $1000.00 or 10% of the purchase price (whichever is greater) to hold the vehicle of your choice. This deposit is non-refundable unless financing cannot be secured, the vehicle is grossly misrepresented, or in the event our required deposit is greater than the deposit required for financing the difference is refundable. Buyer agrees to pay or secure financing for the remaining balance due plus applicable fees and taxes within seven business days. All financial transactions must be complete before your vehicle can be delivered. Your deposit may be paid by credit card, PayPal or cash in person. Credit cards will be accepted for payment of deposit or an extended service contract only.
Binding Arbitration Agreement
Please understand that all purchasers are required to sign a Binding Arbitration Agreement. All issues will be resolved through binding arbitration, and will be arbitrated in the State of Minnesota. Binding arbitration is the industry standard for dispute resolution, and as a member of the Better Business Bureau we are bound to utilize fair arbitrators in the unlikely event there should be an issue. If you do not agree with this, we cannot agree to help you to purchase one of our vehicles. As of this writing, we have never had an issue that we were unable to resolve making arbitration necessary.
Fees and Taxes
There will be a non-negotiable $75.00 documentation fee added to the final vehicle price on all purchases. Minnesota residents add 6.5% sales tax plus any applicable title and registration fees.
